No Cold Water In Kitchen Sink

I have had a little portable heater under the kitchen sink for hours trying to thaw a possible freeze and so far the cold is still not running.

No cold water in kitchen sink. The dishwasher is getting water but not the sink. The first thing to do is make sure that it is the only area in your home that the water pressure has slowed. I have been out of the house for the last 4 days.

I came home and for some reason i dont have cold water in my kitchen sink tap. I dont know where to start. No cold water in kitchen sink.

If they all seem to have a decent flow of water then you can be sure the water pressure problem is isolated to the kitchen sink. There are several things that can cause hot water to come out of the cold water faucet. If theres no cold water in your shower but cold water comes out of every other faucet just fine then the problem lies in the shower faucet cartridge.

Outside faucet on otherside of kitchen wall was partially frozen last night but husband got it running with a hairdryer. Thanks shaggy all rates definitely paid and the hot water in the kitchen is working as normal so there is water there just not cold water. Not a drip or noise or anything.

Also i have no tank all water is piped in directly although from two different main pipes i think. Sometimes its as simple as very hot weather. I had set my thermostat to 61 degrees.
